1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DealStrike ("the Service"), operated by Mindmaxing ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Scope & Subscriptions

DealStrike is a voice-first sales companion SaaS application. Subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on a monthly or annual recurring basis via Razorpay:

• Base Agent Tier (₹500/month): Includes CSV lead import, prioritized call queue, voice logging, post-call prompt, structured pipeline reports, and reminders.
• Intelligence Tier (₹6,000/month): Unlocks call recording upload, automated transcription, call objection analysis, and custom Claude MCP server access.

3. User Responsibilities & DPDP Compliance

You represent that you have obtained necessary consent from callers prior to recording or uploading call audio, in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. Audio uploads are processed strictly for user-consented sales transcription and CRM logging.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. Applicable Taxes (GST 18%) are calculated at checkout.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
