Razorpay Merchant Compliance Policy
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day 100% money-back guarantee on all new paid subscription plans (Base Agent Tier ₹500/month and Intelligence Tier ₹6,000/month). If you are unsatisfied with DealStrike within 7 days of purchase, request a full refund with zero questions asked.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your DealStrike Account Settings or by emailing mindmaxxxing@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your paid billing cycle. No further recurring charges will occur.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.
